Vendors from across the industry are available to sell products direct to their customers or educate the customers on new products, concepts, or other related items. When it started in 2012, it was the first North Carolina auto racing show and auction dedicated to all types of racing cars in over ten years. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to keep its exhibit open at all times during show hours.

Roar into Salisbury, NC on Nov 11th – 12th, 2023 at Rowan County Fairgrounds. This motorcycle event promises thrills, excitement, and camaraderie for riders and enthusiasts alike. This year's AutoFair will feature more than 1,500 classic cars and hot rods from all eras on display, including more than 50 collectible car club displays. The showcase of this year's event is a one-of-a-kind 1954 Chevrolet street rod three-engine truck.

I am certain our vendors will have an array to choose from. Former NASCAR driver Ryan Newman will be on hand Friday from 2 p.m. Newman was one of the fastest drivers in Charlotte history, winning nine Cup Series poles at the track, putting him second all-time behind NASCAR icon David Pearson.
The Charlotte AutoFair will have 10,000 vendors selling everything from memorabilia and clothing to vintage auto parts and original replacements you can't find anywhere else. April includes a National AACA Antique Vehicle Meet on Saturday. September includes a Region “Cruise-In” Thursday and Friday with a Region Car Show “Original to Custom” on Saturday. Rental Space:
No exhibitor shall be allowed to remove any part of an exhibit until teardown is officially permitted. If for any reason the show management finds the method of operation, conduct, printed materials or any item of poor character or taste which is considered questionable, that exhibit is subject to removal. Giveaways of concession-type items (hot dogs, boxes of popcorn, etc.) must be approved by facility personnel. Exhibitors shall confine their exhibits to their own booth space and not protrude beyond or otherwise enter another space including the aisleway(s). Our Spring and Fall swap meets are always a great time and attract riders from all over North Carolina. Full payment is required with the registration form no later than January 18, 2023, and payable prior to setup and prior to passes being issued. Swap meet advanced signup is highly recommended – space is limited and is sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Cabarrus Event Center & Arena has plenty of parking available for cars, trucks, trailers and other vehicles as needed. We have 10 spots available so don't delay on signing up. Your entry fee of $30.00 is good for all four days for one car and two people passes.

This year's auction features approximately 1000 lots of top-tier merchandise ready to hit the track with a new owner in 2023. All decisions of management are final and the Charlotte Racers Expo reserves the right to refuse any booth or booth activities as it sees fit. We will be hosting the 10th Annual Charlotte Racers Expo this winter on February 5, 2022. Attendees, consignors and exhibitors all requested we look at a single-day format to reduce travel cost and... We will be hosting the 12th Annual Charlotte Racers Expo this winter on February 3, 2024. Events are liable to change dates, times or possibly cancel without notice to the Bike Week Events Trader. Make sure to check with the event coordinator for accurate dates, times and information.
